Physiotherapy - Women's Health

Our ethos is to empower women to get better, feel better, prevent and take control of their problems and stay active throughout every stage of their life.

For the best outcome and to achieve your goals, we encourage you to play an active role in your treatment and rehabilitation and to put in practice the advice and Home Exercise program.

Women’s health physiotherapy, in addition to pregnancy and birth assistance, addresses a wide variety of women’s needs. Women’s health physiotherapy treats a variety of women’s health concerns, including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic/vaginal pain, pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal pain, osteoporosis and much more.

Regular exercise makes a pregnant woman feel more energetic, relaxed, peaceful, confident, and physically fit until the last week of pregnancy, and she will be able to return to her preconception size and shape more readily.
