She is also regularly invited by Rotary, Inner Wheel and Lions Clubs to conduct workshops, seminars and webinars on health and fitness awareness programs for the public.
Recently she has been invited several times to speak in webinars organized by different associations of Gujarati Indians based in Canada, for which her articles have been published in many local newspapers of Canada
The different types of voluntary work that I do for the community are:
- Physiotherapy camps in both rural and urban areas for all age groups, for relief of back pain, knee pain and pelvic health etc.
- Holding wellness seminars for doctors, teachers, women (crowning winners Fitness Queens), those working in corporate sectors, Rotary groups, Lions groups etc. Emphasizing and educating people about the principles and value of correct posture and specific exercises to prevent pain and disability.
- Online webinars across the globe for seniors, youngsters, professionals, women related issues to promote types of physical activity conducive to better long-term health.
